Mass production of low-loss voltage transformers reduces grid operating costs.
After years of research and development, a certain enterprise has achieved large-scale production of low-loss voltage transformers. This product features an amorphous alloy core and an optimized electromagnetic design, resulting in a 70% reduction in no-load current and a 60% decrease in iron losses. When used in power grids at 110 kV and below, it can save more than 10,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity per unit annually. The product has already passed authoritative certification and will be widely deployed in the renovation of urban and rural distribution networks, helping to reduce overall grid operating costs.
