Product Overview
Environmental Protection: The solid-insulated ring main unit eliminates sulfur hexafluoride gas and associated gas-sealing components, adopting insulated-cylinder-encapsulated switchgear and connecting all circuits via enclosed busbars, thereby achieving complete enclosure and full insulation throughout the entire system.
Safety: The solid-insulated ring main unit integrates vacuum arc extinction, the main conductive circuit, and insulating supports into a single, fully integrated system, achieving complete insulation, full sealing, and maintenance-free protection. It features complete phase-to-phase isolation and is designed to prevent misoperation.
Intelligent: The modular operating mechanism can be configured according to grid voltage requirements, enabling flexible on-site switching between manual and electric operation. When the load switch is opened, it fully meets the requirement for instantaneous automatic reclosing.
Flexibility: Solid-insulated ring main units achieve compact modular design and flexible configuration while meeting the IP67 pollution-proof rating, eliminating the need for sealing and thereby significantly reducing operating costs. They also offer distinct technical advantages in intelligent upgrades, internal monitoring, and resilience to harsh environmental conditions, including extreme cold, high-altitude environments, humid salt spray, strong winds and sandstorms, and underground installations.
