Insulator
Product Overview
This insulating component is used in indoor power systems with a rated voltage of 10 kV and below, serving as the core insulation element of the power system. It is manufactured using an advanced APG pressure impregnation process and high-performance epoxy resin, resulting in outstanding dielectric, electrical, and mechanical properties. The component is installed inside medium-voltage switchgear or other switch cabinets to support and secure busbars and live conductors, ensuring adequate clearance between live conductors and earth.
Terms of Use
1. Application environment: indoor use, no dripping water, no risk of flammability or explosion, and no chemically corrosive gases.
2. Altitude (m): Not exceeding the standard value of ≤1000; when a specific altitude is specified, altitude correction shall be applied.
3. Ambient temperature (°C): Maximum temperature (24-hour average): +40°C; Minimum temperature: -25°C; Daily temperature range: <25 K
4. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity: ≤95%; monthly average relative humidity: ≤90%.
5. Relative humidity range requirement (%): ≤95%
6. Seismic Performance Requirements: Seismic Intensity: 8, Horizontal Ground Acceleration: 0.3g, Vertical Ground Acceleration: 0.15g
