Product Overview
The YB-12 series outdoor prefabricated substation (European style) is a compact indoor/outdoor distribution device pre-assembled at the factory, integrating high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment according to a specified wiring scheme. It organically combines functions such as high-voltage incoming power reception, transformer transformation, and low-voltage distribution, all housed within a moisture-proof, rust-proof, dust-proof, rodent-proof, fire-resistant, theft-proof, insulated, fully enclosed, and mobile steel or non-metallic enclosure, enabling fully enclosed, integrated electromechanical operation.
Widely used in both indoor and outdoor settings, including urban power grid upgrades, residential communities, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining facilities, hotels, shopping malls, airports, railways, oilfields, ports, highways, and temporary power supply installations.
Terms of Use
● Altitude: ≤1000 m;
● Ambient temperature: upper limit +40°C, lower limit -25°C;
● Relative humidity: daily average not greater than 95%, monthly average not greater than 90%;
● Installation location: Areas free from fire hazards, explosion risks, conductive dust, corrosive chemical gases, and severe vibration;
● If the requirements for normal operating conditions cannot be met, users are requested to consult with our company to resolve the issue.

Functions and Features
● High-voltage switchgear, distribution transformers, low-voltage switchgear, electric energy metering equipment, and reactive power compensation devices are integrated according to a specified scheme, resulting in a highly complete and compact packaged solution.
● Comprehensive high- and low-voltage protection ensures safe and reliable operation with simple maintenance;
● Small footprint, low investment, short production cycle, and easy mobility;
● Flexible and versatile wiring options; unique structure: a distinctive honeycomb-style, double-layer (composite panel) enclosure that is robust, provides excellent thermal insulation while facilitating heat dissipation and ventilation, boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and achieves a high degree of protection. Enclosure materials are available in stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled sheet, and color-coated steel sheet.
● Diverse models: available in universal, villa, compact, and other styles;
● The high-voltage ring main unit can be equipped with a feeder automation terminal (FTU) to achieve reliable detection of short-circuit and single-phase-to-ground faults, featuring “four-remote” functions that facilitate the upgrade to distribution network automation.
