Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear
Product Overview
The GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear consists of two main sections: the Power Distribution Center (PC) cabinet and the Motor Control Center (MCC) cabinet. It is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises, serving in AC distribution systems with a frequency of 50 Hz, a maximum operating voltage of up to 660 V, and a maximum operating current of up to 3,150 A. Its primary functions include power distribution, motor control, lighting distribution, and the conversion, distribution, and control of electrical energy for these applications.
The basic cabinet frame of this product series adopts a modular, assembled structure. All structural components of the frame are securely fastened together with screws to form the basic framework, which is then further equipped, as required, with doors, baffles, partition plates, drawers, mounting brackets, busbars, and electrical components to assemble a complete switchgear cabinet. This cabinet features the following characteristics:
The frame is constructed from structural steel sections, with positioning achieved using three-dimensional angle plates and bolted connections—eliminating the need for welding. This approach prevents welding-induced distortion and residual stresses, thereby enhancing installation accuracy.
The mounting holes for the frame and components are spaced at a modular pitch of E = 20 mm.
Internal structural components are galvanized. The exterior undergoes pickling and phosphating, followed by electrostatic epoxy powder coating.
Terms of Use
● The installation altitude shall not exceed 1,000 m;
● Ambient air temperature shall not exceed +50°C or fall below -5°C, and the 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed +35°C;
● The monthly average relative humidity shall not exceed 95%. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is permissible; at +25°C, the relative humidity may be as high as 90%.
● The switchgear is designed to account for the occasional occurrence of condensation. If required, a temperature and humidity controller, along with heating and dehumidification equipment, can be installed inside the switchgear to prevent condensation from forming.
● The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees. Horizontal acceleration shall be ≤ 0.5g, and vertical acceleration shall be ≤ 0.3g;
● The switchgear cabinet shall be installed with a tilt of no more than 5° and for indoor installation;
● Pollution degree: 3.
