Indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker

The VS1 (ZN63)-24 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high-voltage switchgear with a rated voltage of 24 kV and a three-phase AC frequency of 50 Hz. It is suitable for use as a control and protection switch in power transmission and distribution systems at power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises, particularly in high-altitude areas where it is required to interrupt critical loads and perform frequent operations. The circuit breaker is manufactured in accordance with China’s national standards GB 1984-2003 “AC High-Voltage Circuit Breakers,” DL/T 403-2000 “Technical Specifications for Ordering Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breakers Rated 3.6–40.5 kV,” as well as relevant IEC standards, and features reliable interlocking functions. The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is spring-energy-storage type, supporting both AC and DC energy storage operation, as well as manual operation.

The circuit breaker is designed with a front-and-back modular structure, allowing it to be used either as a fixed-mounted unit or in combination with a chassis truck to form a center-mounted unit.

● Altitude: not exceeding 2000 m

● Ambient temperature: maximum +40°C; minimum -15°C

● Ambient humidity: Daily average relative humidity: ≤ 95%; Monthly average relative humidity: ≤ 90%

● Earthquake intensity: less than 8 degrees

● Use in locations free from dripping water, fire hazards, explosion risks, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and violent vibration.


Product Features

● Adopts a next-generation modular spring-operated mechanism, featuring a compact and simple structure, rational layout, reliable transmission, and convenient installation;
● Integrated design of the operating mechanism and the circuit breaker body; it can be used as a fixed installation unit or, when equipped with a dedicated pusher mechanism, configured as a handcart unit.
● The main electrical circuit shall primarily utilize insulated cylinders; alternatively, a solid-sealed pole configuration may be adopted.
● The circuit breaker is an E2-class circuit breaker;
● Comprehensive five-protection interlocking functions after cabinet assembly.
